Superior and State Court

Mr. Chapman has represented clients throughout the State of Georgia in cases in State and Superior Court. His primary area of practice is in the metro Atlanta area with regular appearances in Baldwin, Bibb, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Lamar, Monroe, Morgan, Newton, Jasper, Putnam, Rockdale, and Spalding County.

Municipal and Traffic Court

Mr. Chapman has represented clients in Municipal Courts all over the State of Georgia. He has extensive experience as a police officer, prosecutor, judge and defense attorney in Municipal Court.

Federal Court

Mr. Chapman has represented clients in the Northern District, the Middle District and the Southern District of Georgia. Experience includes active duty and reserve military personnel and cases ranging from a firearm at the Atlanta Airport to Trafficking Cocaine. Mr. Chapman has represented clients on appeal to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
